Thanks to ams.taskmanager, made-to-order manufacturers, assemble-to-order manufacturers and variant manufacturers have a central communication platform that replaces previously unstructured request and approval processes, thus reducing time, effort and costs. All request and approval processes and workflows can be freely configured.

With the collaboration tool, users can structure and manage any tasks that arise, exchange them and map them seamlessly. That means that external parties, customers, suppliers and business partners can be integrated, even if they do not use the ams solution.

A documented interface enables connection to third-party software. If, for example, the heat sensor of a networked machine sounds an alarm because the temperature is too high, a task is automatically created and an employee is notified or a service process is triggered.
