Time recording is used for defining and recording all working hours, time and attendance, and machine times. In addition to recording time in the traditional manner within production, it can also be used for recording time in design and service departments. Employees assign order times to cost units in as much detail as required. The information can then be processed by project controlling and cost unit accounting to a similarly fine degree of detail.
